Conveniently located near popular attractions.
The service at this hotel was unacceptable. I faced constant issues with my room keys not working from the start. To make matters worse, there seemed to be a lack of respect as I felt singled out daily as a senior African American woman. They failed to clean my room despite my requests, and I had to endure unnecessary harassment. This was not the experience I expected!

Location in general ok, but just next to highway makes it noisy.
Only bay area hotel I stayed recently where wireless wasn't working, disappointing. So close to highway was too noisy.

My stay was great here. The hotel was great and excellent, however I stayed for 1 night only. Clean room - bed was exceptionally comfortable. Extras like a refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, and a writing table where appreciated. Accommodating staff and the location was favourable and excellent. The property was set in a fairly nice area.

Charming Stay with Hidden Gems
During my week-long stay, I was kinda surprised by the warm hospitality. The room offered good amenities, especially the powerful shower dispensers. Don't miss the communal area for drinks-it's a nice space for unwinding after a long day. Bring your own snacks for a cozy night in.

We had a really great stay at this low-budget hotel. Everything was excellent with clean and updated rooms. We greatly enjoyed rooms with a balcony.

We booked a king-sized room and the bed was very comfortable and clean. The community is quiet and beautiful. It is safe compared with the city.
The air conditioning in the room was very loud. And I could not connect to the wifi since the signal was so weak. The location is not that great if you are not driving.

All Pros, no Cons
The location was super convenient . Clean accommodations offered a pleasant stay, and I felt safe even with outdoor room entrances.
Unfortunately, the water took forever to heat up in the shower -real patience tester. Parking was a challenge, tight spaces made it tricky to maneuver in and out of the lot.

This hotel is perfectly situated near major conference locations. Breakfast is a convenient grab-and-go option, though a bit basic. The room wassuper clean and cozy but lacked some amenities.

It was very close to our company location in Mountain View, just off from 101 and close to main Castro Street with a lot of restaurants. Room charge contained continental breakfast.
Wifi internet connection was little bit flaky, not suitable for the video conf call, but at least free of charge.

missingWrote a review on 08 Septquiet atmosphereinstant breakfastworn down hotelunwelcoming check-inlack of amenities
The garden area provided a nice, quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxation, while the instant breakfast options were a decent economical choice, saving a good amount compared to other places. The hotel felt old and worn down, lacking key amenities, with the check-in process feeling quite unwelcoming behind bulletproof glass. Bright mornings might require a sleep mask, and bringing drinking water is advisable due to the basic offerings.
